To work legally in Malaysia as a foreign employee, the right work pass has to be applied for through the Immigration Department. We are a local team that helps foreign employees and their Malaysian employers through the whole process: eligibility assessment, document preparation, ESD / Immigration submission and endorsement, with a reminder before the pass expires. Hand the paperwork to people who know the local system.

Work visa FAQ

常见问题

What is the difference between an Employment Pass (EP) and a Professional Visit Pass (PVP)?

An EP is tied to a Malaysian employer who pays your salary locally and suits long-term employment; a PVP keeps you on an overseas payroll for short-term work of up to 12 months and does not allow dependent passes. We tell you which one fits during the assessment.

Can you guarantee the pass will be approved?

No, and no one can. Whether a work pass is approved, and for how long, is decided by the Immigration Department and the relevant committee. What we do is prepare the documents correctly under the current policy and run the process properly to reduce rejections and delays.

Can my family come with me?

Yes. Employment Pass holders can apply for Dependent Passes for a spouse and children under 18; other family such as parents can apply for a Long-Term Social Visit Pass (LTSVP). From June 2026, EP Category III holders can also apply for dependent passes.

How long does it take?

It depends on the pass type, the registration status of the employer and Immigration processing. We give you a realistic time expectation based on your specifics, without overpromising.

What if I change employer?

An Employment Pass is tied to the employer, so changing employer usually means cancelling the old pass and a fresh application by the new employer. We can help bridge the cancellation and the new application.
