How is the price calculated? What is included?

Fixed price: driver and fuel included; tolls included on intercity routes; airport pickups include the name board and waiting time (delays covered). Meals and attraction tickets are not included.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track flights in real time and the driver meets the actual arrival. Reasonable waiting is free.

Can we add stops along the way?

Yes. Short on-route stops are free; new destinations are quoted by distance before you set off.

Is there a night surcharge?

Some routes carry a late-night surcharge (23:00 to 07:00). It is stated in the quote up front, never added on the spot.

How do I pay?

WeChat Pay, Alipay or Malaysian ringgit cash. Receipts available for corporate bookings.
